2. Associate/AVP-Investment Banking

Responsibilities

1. Establish and/or Lead team member to develop feasibility study of the transaction taking in consideration of financial, accounting, economic, market conditions and relative risks.
2. Establish and/or Lead team member to develop financial model/ projection/ forecasted financial statement including valuation with respect to assigned transaction.
3. Support and Take responsibility for identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, and presenting findings to Vice President or Team Leader.
4. Assist Vice President or Team Leader in monitoring and evaluating element of the transaction as assigned.
5. Conduct team member to prepare presentation, all related documents or other presenting items with respect to the transaction.
6. Lead team member in coordinating with client's company.
7. Manage the team to achieve plan as assigned.
8. Understanding of financial and accounting standard basic
9. Perform tasks as assigned by Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Male or Female, age 25-35 years.
• Has work experienced in Investment Banking and/or Financial Advisory in relation to Valuation Service, Corporations and professional financial investors, Capital Market Products, Debt Restructuring Advisory, Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory and Corporate and Project Finance.
• Work Experienced > 3-5 year.
• Strong analytical skills in both quantitative and qualitative.
• Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Able to use Thai and English fluently.
• Good attitude, eager to learn and hard working.

3. ตำแหน่ง นักวิเคราะห์- ระดับเจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโส ฝ่ายวิจัย

คุณสมบัติ

• วุฒิปริญญาตรี/โท สาขาการเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีใบอนุญาตนักวิเคราะห์การลงทุน
• สามารถทำบทวิเคราะห์หุ้น และ นำเสนอข้อมูลได้ดีทั้งในรูปแบบการเขียนและการให้คำแนะนำ
• มีความตั้งใจ กระตือรือร้น ขวนขวายหาความรู้ และมีความรับผิดชอบในงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• มีจรรยาบรรณที่ดีในการประกอบวิชาชีพ

รายละเอียดหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. รวบรวมข้อมูล จัดทำโมเดล และออกบทวิเคราะห์ด้านปัจจัยพื้นฐานของหลักทรัพย์
2. ติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสารในหมวดอุตสาหกรรมที่รับผิดชอบและ อัพเดทผ่านช่องทางการเผยแพร่ข้อมูล
3. ติดตามข่าวสารข้อมูลเศรษฐกิจ มหภาคเพื่อจัดทำบทวิเคราะห์กลยุทธ์ในการลงทุน (Morning call)

4. Proprietary Trader

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
• Possess " Single License and Derivatives License "
• Experience in Securities Business will be an advantage
• Self motivated and good personality
• Good command of English

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1. รับโทรศัพท์เพื่อช่วยเหลือและแก้ไขปัญหาลูกค้าเบื้องต้น รวมทั้งช่วย Reset Password ให้แก่ลูกค้า
2. ช่วยตอบคำถามและอธิบายเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ บริการและโปรโมชั่นการตลาดของบริษัทฯ ให้แก่ลูกค้า
